Chris’s Lake Oswego Home

Luxury Materials such as Marble and Maple Hardwood make this Lake Oswego home truly special.

Maple Hardwood Floors

“The Monterey Hardwood Collection was design with an historical, European influence making it simply savvy & perfect for todays trends.”

-Hallmark Floors

We installed this Bacarra Maple by Hallmark Floors throughout the home. There’s nothing quite like the seamless look of maple spanning throughout.

Stone Fireplace

The 3D tile adds texture and pairs nicely with the polished quartz surface. Sitting on the warm stone and reading a good book will be the favorite way to stay warm in the damp Portland winter.

New Kitchen Layout

Originally this island was one enormous slab, with no empty space in the center. This new layout allows for appliances to be under the cabinets and gives the cooks more countertop space.

Take a look at some of our other kitchens to get an example of what your kitchen budget might look like.

Carrara Marble Backsplash

Carrara marble tile, with the varying shades of gray, create a centerpiece that is impossible to ignore. This tile was sourced from Oregon Tile and Marble here in Portland.

Open shelving is becoming more and more popular as people start to prefer the minimalist look. We were able to match the shelving with the  brushed nickel hood.

Natural Marble Shower

We installed a marble tile shower that will last for generations. Marble is stunning, and needs to be maintained for it to look its best. A shower like this would need to be cleaned at least twice a week.

Refaced Cabinets

The cabinetry is refaced and repainted, updating perfectly good hardware for continued use. Unless only the bare minimum is done, refacing is generally about as cost-effective as buying new cabinets. This is only because of how labor intensive it can be to restore cabinetry.
